At CV Optical, we want you to be satisfied with your glasses and lenses. We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible purchases.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To request a return, please contact us before sending your order back. We will provide the appropriate return instructions.
Prescription Lenses
Prescription lenses are custom-made specifically for each customer. However, eligible prescription lens purchases are covered by our 30-day return policy.
If you are not satisfied with your prescription lenses, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Depending on the situation, we may arrange a remake, adjustment, replacement, or refund.
Manufacturing or Processing Errors
If CV Optical makes an error in producing your lenses, including an incorrect prescription, lens material, coating, tint, or other confirmed production error, we will correct the issue at no additional charge.
Customer-Supplied Frames
If you send your own frames to CV Optical, the 30-day return policy applies to the eligible lens service and lens charges. It does not apply to the value of frames supplied by the customer.
Customer-supplied frames must be suitable for lens replacement. CV Optical is not responsible for damage resulting from the pre-existing condition, age, weakness, or construction of customer-supplied frames.
Return Requirements
Please contact us before returning an order and provide your order number.
Returned items should be in reasonable condition and must not have been damaged through misuse, accident, or improper care.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and reviewed, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing time depends on the payment provider and your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by CV Optical.
Order Cancellations
You may request cancellation before custom lens production begins.
Once custom lenses have entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible. However, eligible completed orders remain subject to the 30-day return policy described above.
