An order may be cancelled if we are unable to complete it because of an incorrect prescription, unsuitable frame, missing information, payment issue, or other circumstances that prevent us from safely completing the order.
2. Prescription Information
Prescription lenses are custom-made according to the prescription and other information provided by the customer.
You are responsible for providing accurate and current prescription information. CV Optical may contact you if clarification is needed before your lenses are produced.
If you choose to send your prescription after placing an order, production may be delayed until the required prescription information is received.
3. Prescription Verification
CV Optical may review prescription information and contact you if additional information or verification is needed before production.
We reserve the right to delay or decline production when the information provided is incomplete, inconsistent, or cannot be reasonably verified.
4. Measurements and PD
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements when requested.
If you do not provide a pupillary distance (PD), CV Optical may use available frame information and standard optical calculations when appropriate.
For certain lens designs or prescriptions, additional measurements may be required before production.
5. Customer-Supplied Frames
When you send your own frames to CV Optical for lens replacement, you authorize CV Optical to inspect, handle, edge, and install lenses into the frames.
Customer-supplied frames must be suitable for lens replacement.
CV Optical is not responsible for damage resulting from the pre-existing condition, age, weakness, deterioration, construction, or hidden defects of customer-supplied frames.
If we determine that a frame presents a significant risk before production, we may contact you before proceeding.
6. Custom-Made Products
Prescription lenses and other customized optical products are made specifically for the customer’s order.
Because these products are customized, production may begin only after the required prescription, measurements, frame information, and other necessary details have been received.

7. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.
The price shown at checkout is the price applicable to the order at the time it is placed, unless an error or other issue requires correction.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
CV Optical may cancel or hold an order if payment cannot be successfully processed.
8. Product Options and Add-Ons
Lens materials, coatings, tints, treatments, mounting options, and other upgrades are available only when offered for the particular product and prescription.
Additional charges for selected options will be displayed during the ordering process and included in the order total.
9. Shipping
Orders are shipped using the shipping method selected or provided during the ordering process.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside CV Optical’s control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
10. Prescription and Production Delays
Production may be delayed if CV Optical is waiting for a prescription, measurements, frame information, customer confirmation, or other information necessary to complete the order.
If an issue is identified during processing, we may contact you before continuing production.
11. Returns and Refunds
CV Optical offers a 30-day return policy on eligible purchases.

12. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, images, and other information on the website are accurate.
